Join us on Thursday May 2 for an open mic and the LAST CHANCE SLAM! Poets of all ages can sign up for the poetry slam, and the winner gets a cash prize! This is the last slam to qualify for Grand Slam Finals on May 16!

Doors open and sign-up sheets are posted at 7pm.
Admission is $5 suggested donation, or pay what you can. No one will be turned away!

OPEN MIC: open to all artists of all genres, and all ages! Bring your songs, poems, and prose! You'll have 5 minutes MAX on the mic, please be considerate of time! Think 2 short poems (2 minutes each) or 1 long poem or song.

POETRY SLAM: please have 2-3 poems ready. Your poems should be at or under 3 minutes in length. The slam is different from the open mic in that you'll be judged on a scale of 1-10 by random members of the audience! Your scores will be added up to find the winner. Bring some extra energy and flair to your words! Top 2 poets advance to finals and a shot at being on the 2024 ProvSlam Team!
